Meanwhile, National Congress Vice President and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah also took a jibe at the Congress infighting in Punjab over the resignation of CM Amarinder Singh.
Omar Abdullah has made a tweet regarding the resignation of Captain Amarinder Singh as Chief Minister, in which he has also questioned the ability of the Congress to fight the BJP. Omar Abdullah wrote in his tweet- ‘I think it is too much to expect Congress to fight with BJP when Congress leaders are busy fighting among themselves.’

Let us tell you that internal squabbles in the Congress have come to the fore from time to time. In Madhya Pradesh, the result of the discord between former Chief Minister Kamal Nath and Jyotiraditya Scindia was that the power was reversed in the state and Shivraj Singh Chouhan once again became entitled to the CM’s chair.
On the other hand, the tension between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot in Rajasthan is also not hidden from anyone. Due to this tension, the CM’s chair was saved from the hands of Ashok Gehlot. At the same time, the tussle between Navjot Singh Sidhu and Captain Amarinder Singh in Punjab was never hidden from anyone. Due to the long-standing tension between the two, Captain Amarinder Singh finally resigned from the post of Chief Minister.
