34-year-old Raina also talked about the reprimand from Dhoni. When asked if Dhoni ever scolded him during the match, he said, ‘It happened many times. This must have happened during the match, sometimes after dropping a catch. Dhoni said that keep the focus, the catch can come in the slips and when the catch was missed, he would have said that I had already said that the catch is going to come. He is the wicketkeeper and also the captain, in such a situation, he also tells the fielding position to the players. Now he thinks on the same ball and the catch also comes.

Dhoni and Raina have a very good relationship. It is visible not only on the field but also outside the field. When Dhoni had retired from international cricket, Raina also announced his retirement on the same day of 15th August. He is also a part of Dhoni’s captaincy team Chennai Super Kings in IPL. Now both will be seen playing in the second phase of the 14th season of IPL from September 19.
