Milk Cake Ingredients
Milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 100 grams
Maize flour – 1 tsp
Tartaric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Saffron – 6-8 pieces
Cream – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp

Milk Cake Recipe
To make milk cake, first boil the milk and add tartaric powder (a pinch) and lemon juice to it. When the milk starts to burst and remains half, then add sugar to it. Keep cooking it till the mixture becomes thick. Then keep it to cool down. Now again put the milk on low flame and add saffron to it.

Now take a vessel with ghee and pour this mixture in it for about one and a half inches. Now keep it to cool down. When it cools down well, put silver bark on top of it and add cardamom powder.
