New Delhi. When it comes to recommending an affordable new compact sedan with an excellent warranty, the Kia Forte is generally one of the first vehicles. Kia has taken the wraps off the Fort compact sedan coming in 2022 in select global markets. The company has upgraded the design of the vehicle. The vehicle also gets several major feature updates. The Kia Forte is popular in the automobile market and Koreans hopes that the new updates will further strengthen the feature car offering.
For Kia, the Forte does well in the North American market and has been credited for a major role in the company’s sales figures. Even though there is a growing preference for larger vehicles, especially those with an SUV body profile and capability, Kia expected the 2022 Forte to continue to engage with potential buyers.

Here are the new features – The new Forte includes some exclusive features such as a new set of head lights, next-generation tiger-nose grille, revised front and rear bumpers for more pronounced visual appeal, and a new trunk lid spoiler.
Kia Fort has four levels – There are four trim levels available in the 2022 Kia Forte – FE, LXS, GT-Line and GT. Of these, the GT-Line Sport Premium package is all-new and includes a set of 17-inch wheels, LED fog lights, sport combination seats, sports steering wheel and 10.25-inch infotainment screen. This screen finds its way into a few other trims as well. Construction of the fort will continue in Monterrey, Mexico.

Features of Kia Forte – The new fort has six ADAS features. This includes Lane Follow Assist, Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control, Highway Driving Assist and Safe Exit Warning. ADAS or Advanced Driver-Assistance System is finding its way to more and more mass-market vehicles today and is something that many car buyers look for in their next purchase.
Engine of Kia Forte – Under the hood of the 2022 Kia Forte GT+ is a turbo petrol motor that produces 201 hp and is mated to a seven-speed DCT unit. There is also a 2.0-litre unit that produces 147 hp and is mated to an Intelligent Continuously Variable Transmission (IVT) box.
