Jaipur: West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on Saturday hit out at the Trinamool Congress government in the state in a way for human rights violations and said that the human rights abuses are a “planned conspiracy”, which is done for specific political gains.
Pointing to the human rights abuses happening in West Bengal, the Governor said, “Protection of human rights is necessary. If the rights are violated and there is no help from the administration and the court, then where should the person go. The administration helps those who are violating the rights.
There are two types of people in West Bengal
Human rights abuses are a well-planned conspiracy, which is done for a specific political achievement. This is an attack on the Constitution of India. There are people in West Bengal who sleep peacefully and are careless, the administration will not tell them anything. Others are those people who cannot sleep even for a moment, it scares them.
Dhankhar was delivering a lecture on Saturday at a seminar organized by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Samaroh Samiti on the 105th birth anniversary of Deendayal at Dhankya village, about 20 km from Jaipur.
According to a statement issued here, attacking West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in her address, she said that the Chief Minister gives a sit-in in the CBI office and says that arrest me or leave her. Had this incident happened in any other state, I don’t know what would have happened.
leaving here with more strength
He said that to face the challenges and problems that are in West Bengal, I am going from here energized and with more strength. No matter how difficult the battle is, without fighting it doesn’t work.
He said, “I am the governor of a land where people are punished for how you dare to vote on your own in a democracy.” They are tarnishing the image of the country by misleading the people.
Dhankhar said, “Without surrendering to the seed that Deendayal had sown, we will neither be able to save culture, nor save freedom nor will democracy flourish.” He said, “No one from West Bengal There is no land, where people have not sacrificed their lives in the fight for freedom, but ironically, after independence, the knowledge was given that only a few people got freedom.
He said that this is an opportunity, we should recognize those people of freedom. Get knowledge about those who gave their everything for freedom. The Governor said that the culture of India is thousands of years old, India is seen with respect in the world. The world accepts the kind of work the Prime Minister is doing here.
Union Art and Culture Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal said that in the meeting of the committee formed to celebrate 75 years of independence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said that the elixir of independence should be such that there should be analysis and contemplation too. It was the thinking of the Prime Minister that he named the festival as the Amrit Utsav of Independence, in which the glimpse of Indianness is clear.
According to the statement, BJP’s State Organization General Secretary Chandrashekhar also addressed the program. Paralympic medalists Avani Lakhera and Devendra Jhajharia were felicitated in the program.
