Ingredients for Cabbage Manchurian
Maida – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 big
Maize flour – 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1
Onion finely chopped – 1
Salt – as per taste
Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Green chili sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
White Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp
Water – 1/2 cup

How to make Cabbage Manchurian
To make Gobi Manchurian, first of all, take all purpose flour and corn flour. Make a slurry by adding water slowly to it. After this, add Kashmiri red chili to it. After that mix it well. After this take big pieces of chopped cabbage. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Put the cabbage pieces in the prepared gram flour batter. After this, fry the pieces of cabbage coated in gram flour in oil. Fry the cabbage well till it turns golden brown. After that take it out in a separate vessel and keep it.

Now put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and put grated ginger, finely chopped onion in it. Add 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup, 1 tablespoon green chili sauce and one teaspoon soy sauce to it. Leave it and fry it. After this, add half a teaspoon of white vinegar to it. Now add half a cup of water and fry it well. Now add fried cabbage to it. Now mix it well. Tasty Cabbage Manchurian is ready. If you want, you can also put finely chopped coriander on it. You can also add pizza seasoning on top to give it a slightly different flavor.
