How to make Easy Bread Mawa Roll
To make Easy Bread Mawa Roll, first boil sugar and water in a pan on low flame and make sugar syrup. When the syrup starts sticking a little, then turn off the flame. Now cut the bread from the edge and keep it aside. Now take mawa in a pan and fry it on medium flame while stirring it with a ladle. When the mawa is roasted well, add food color to it. After mixing the color well, turn off the gas.
Now cool the mawa and add sugar, dry fruits and cardamom powder to it. Now make balls of oval shape from the mawa. Now put it in a plate of milk. After dipping the bread pieces in milk, squeeze them again by pressing them with both hands and squeeze out the extra milk.
