Chinese company Chenfeng Tech Pvt. Ltd. (Chenfeng Tech Pvt. Ltd.) has started setting up the plant by performing Bhoomipujan. There is a plan to start production after completing the construction work of the plant in one and a half year. This company will invest about Rs 600 crore in this plant and 5000 youth will get employment.
Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL), a joint venture of Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and Greater Noida Authority, has set up an integrated industrial township on 750 acres. Five big companies have taken land in this township. These include Haier Electronics, Formi Mobiles, Satkriti Infotainment, Chenfeng (LED company) and J World Electronics. Four companies have already started the construction of the plant.
Noida rose from 12th to second place in terms of ease of doing business
On Thursday, Chenfeng Company started setting up the plant. This company will make components of LED street lights. One of its plants is already running in Ecotech One Extension One. Narendra Bhushan, CEO of Greater Noida Authority and MD of IITGNL, attended the Bhoomi Pujan program as the chief guest. On this occasion, he said that these townships equipped with plug and play infrastructure are one of the few smart townships in the country. On Wednesday, the Prime Minister himself has appreciated it.
